[message]We hope you are fully satisfied with your order. But if something doesn’t work for you, we’re here to help.
You may return full or partial orders within 14 days from the delivery date.
1. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all LN Family tags and protective elements intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on your region.
3. Please return the item(s) from the same country where the order was delivered. Cross-border returns may incur additional fees or customs delays.
4. LN Family is not responsible for returns made through third-party postal services.
5. Include a valid local phone number so the courier can contact you to schedule the pickup.
6. At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to receive another item, simply return the original and place a new order.
7. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit (if applicable in your region).
1. Contact our Customer Care team at service@ln-family.com.
2. You’ll receive a return form — fill it in, print it, and send it back for confirmation.
3. Once approved, you’ll get a return label and all necessary documents from our courier partner.
4. Prepare your package: remove old labels, include the invoice, and seal the box securely.
5. Hand the parcel and documents to the courier on the agreed pickup date.
6. Please submit a separate return request for each order. If possible, combine items into one shipment and include all return invoices.
Returns usually take 2–8 business days to reach our warehouse (excluding customs).
Once received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming the refund process.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
They are issued to your original payment method or another option agreed upon during the return process.
We do not refund original shipping costs or issue refunds to third-party accounts.
