Return& Refund Policy (International Orders)

General return conditions

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 • unused

 • in original condition

 • with all tags and packaging

Return Initiated by customer

If a return is requested for personal reasons (e.g. item does not fit, not suitable, change
of mind):

 The customer is fully responsible for:

 • return shipping costs

 • courier fees

 • customs duties, taxes, and import charges

This is standard practice for international e-commerce.

International returns & Customs duties

For all international returns:

 • The shipment must be clearly declared as “Returned Goods”

 • The original invoice should be attached

⚠️ If the return shipment is declared with value and import duties or taxes are charged to us as the receiver, then: These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Responsibility for Incorrect Declaration

If the customer:

 • declares incorrect value

 • fails to mark the shipment as “return”

 • or causes additional customs charges in any way

 All resulting costs remain the customer’s responsibility

Non-Refundable costs

The following are non-refundable:

 • original shipping costs

 • customs duties paid at destination

 • return shipping costs

 • any import duties/taxes incurred upon return

Refund processing

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

 The refund amount will be:

 • item value minus any applicable costs,
including:

  •   return-related customs charges
  •   handling or processing fees (if applicable)

Important notice

International returns may involve:

 • customs clearance procedures

 • additional duties or taxes

 • delays outside our control

 We strongly recommend following return instructions carefully to avoid extra charges.
