How to Measure
To ensure the best fit, take your measurements while wearing minimal clothing. Use a flexible tape measure and keep it snug, but not tight.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure level and snug.

How to Measure
- Place your foot on a clean sheet of paper.
- Measure from the base of the heel to the tip of the longest toe.
- Measure both feet and use the larger value to choose your size.
The insole is typically longer than the foot by a functional allowance of 0.5–1.5 cm. When choosing a size, use your foot length as the main reference. If the items don’t fit, returns are easy.
